Types of Craps Bet
Pass Line Bet
This is probably the most popular bet in Craps. The bet is a winner if a 7 or 11 is rolled and a loser if a 2, 3 or 12 is rolled on the come out roll (the first roll). If any of the remaining numbers are rolled that becomes the ‘point’. The player must then roll that number again before the shooter rolls a 7. If a 7 is rolled before the point then the bet is a loser. Once a 7 or the point has been rolled, the betting reverts back to another come out roll.

Don’t Pass Bet
This is the opposite of a pass line bet. The bet wins if a 2 or 3 is rolled (12 is called a draw) and loses if a 7 or 11 is rolled. If a point is rolled then betting on the don’t pass is profitable if a 7 is rolled before the point is rolled again.

Come Bets
These are placed after the come out roll. Come bets have the same initial winning and losing rules as a pass line bet (winner if 7 or 11 and loser if 2 or 3). If a point number is rolled the come bets are moved on to that number and win if that number is rolled again before a 7 is rolled.

Don’t Come Bet
The exact opposite of a come bet. You win on 2 or 3, lose on 7 or 11 and if there is a point rolled, you win if a 7 is rolled before the point is rolled again.
All of these bets pay even money.

Single Roll Bets
There are also a number of Single Roll Bets that can be placed on each roll the Shooter makes. This are summarised below:

Yo: Winner if the shooter rolls 11. Pays 15/1
3 (ace-deuce): Winner if the shooter rolls a 3. Pays 15/1
2 (craps aces): Winner if shooter rolls a 2. Pays 30/1
12 (craps): Winner if shooter rolls a 12. Pays 30/1
2 or 12 (hi-lo): Winner if shooter rolls a 2 or 12. Pays 15/1
Craps: Winner if the shooter rolls 2, 3 or 12. Pays 7/1
C&E: A combination bet, half of which is bet on craps and the other half on yo (11) (Pays 3/1 craps, 7/1 on 11)
Any 7: Wins if a 7 is rolled. Pays 4/1
Field: Bet that one of the numbers 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, or 12 will be the result of the next dice roll. Pays Evens on 3, 4, 9, 10, 11 and 2/1 on 2 or 12.
The Horn: 4 bets on the next roll equalling 2, 3, 11 or 12. Pays 30/1 on 2 or 12 and 15/1 on 3 or 11.

Multi Roll Bets
There are also a number of multi roll bets that are dependent on more than one roll from the shooter.

Hard Way: A bet on the shooter throwing a hard number (a double) before he throws a 7. Pays 7/1 for a 4 or 10, 9/1 for a 6 or 8.
Easy Way: Opposite of a Hard Way bet. Betting that a 4, 6, 8, 10 will be rolled without a pair.
Big 6 and Big 8: A bet that a 6 or 7 is rolled before a 7. Pays Evens
